o\u00f9 le restaurant Ginkgo Longevity propose un menu de plats \u00e0 base de plantes avec des combinaisons strat\u00e9giques de nutriments aux fonctions antioxydantes, anti-inflammatoires et Sa m\u00e9thode structur\u00e9e en cinq piliers (nutrition, repos, exercice, harmonie int\u00e9rieure, suppl\u00e9mentation alimentaire et cosm\u00e9tique) est un hymne \u00e0 la long\u00e9vit\u00e9 tout court, la cl\u00e9 de vo\u00fbte pour avoir une vie non seulement longue, mais saine et \u00e9panouissante.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S&rsquo;inspirer de la proposition de ces restaurants peut \u00eatre un point de d\u00e9part pour pratiquer ce que l&rsquo;on a appel\u00e9 le \u00ab r\u00e9gime de long\u00e9vit\u00e9 \u00bb. Le plus connu en Italie est celui de Valter Longo, qui se consacre depuis des ann\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tude de la relation entre la nutrition et l&rsquo;esp\u00e9rance de vie. Dans le livre qui raconte l&rsquo;histoire, le sp\u00e9cialiste revient sur les racines de ce r\u00e9gime qui trouve sa base dans le r\u00e9gime m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en : glucides complexes, l\u00e9gumineuses, l\u00e9gumes, fruits (mais pas trop), graisses insatur\u00e9es (comme l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive extra vierge et les fruits secs) et poisson (deux ou trois fois par semaine). Des ann\u00e9es d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes sur la g\u00e9n\u00e9tique, la nutrition, les cellules souches et la long\u00e9vit\u00e9 ont permis au Dr Longo de structurer un r\u00e9gime \u00e0 la fois pr\u00e9ventif et curatif.
