"I strongly believe in the power of fusion between disciplines to leave an emotional imprint. I feel the gratification of giving voice and exposure to talents in the arts and gastronomy industry and involving their creative minds in the creation of unique and sensorial projects."

At the heart of the contemporary culinary scene, there is an emerging trend that combines art and design with gastronomy in a fascinating combination. Chefs’ dishes are quickly becoming an art form in themselves, turning every meal into a multi-sensory experience that delights the palate and enchants the eyes.

The recipes, born from the inspiration of visionary chefs, stand out for their innovative presentation and attention to detail. Each culinary creation is conceived as a work, in which each ingredient is expertly arranged and colors are harmoniously combined to create visual compositions that evoke emotions and stimulate the imagination.

To understand the origins and importance of this trend, we need to look back at the history of art and its influence on gastronomy. Since ancient times, art and food have been interconnected, reflecting the richness and creative culture of different eras, from the banquets of the ancient Romans to the sumptuous tables of the Renaissance nobility.

But in the modern world, the union between art and food has reached new heights of expression.

It is in this context that the Lets IT Art project was born, which has fully embraced the idea that food can be a work of art in itself. Through interactive workshops and immersive culinary experiences, Lets IT Art pursues the mission of transforming the way people interact with food and art, creating deep connections between audiences and the culinary world.

The dishes, whether starred or not, are not only a matter of aesthetics, but also of gastronomic innovation. The chefs push the boundaries of traditional cooking, experimenting with unusual ingredients, bold presentation techniques, and surprising flavor combinations. The result is a refined yet adventurous experience, thanks to which diners can explore new dimensions of taste.

Beyond the mere satisfaction of the palate, these dishes have an emotional and intellectual impact. Each culinary creation tells a story, reflecting the values and aspirations of those who conceived them. Through food, we can explore universal themes such as love, beauty, and culture, enriching our gastronomic experiences with meaning and depth.

Dishes inspired by art and design represent, therefore, an art form in continuous evolution, which combines culinary creativity with the aesthetic beauty and emotional depth of art.  Through these culinary creations, we can savor not only the taste of food, but also the richness of history, culture, and imagination.

With Let’s It Art I wanted to create the bridge between art and food, organizing multisensory events that inspire, engage and leave a lasting impression.

My mission is to radically transform the way people experience and interact with art, taking them from passive contemplation to an active and immersive experience through food. The fundamental vision of a company like Let’s It Art is to make art and food means of expression, opening up new avenues of sensory exploration and emotional connection.
